SimpleFi Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SimpleFi. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SimpleFi mobile application (the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Description of the App
SimpleFi is a gamified financial tracker with social features, allowing you to manually log financial transactions, monitor net worth, and gain insights into your personal finances. The App’s features may evolve over time as we strive to improve the user experience.

We are not financial advisors, and the App does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decisions made based on the App’s content are your sole responsibility. 7. Subscription and Trial Periods
SimpleFi may offer subscriptions or trial periods to access certain premium features. Subscription fees, trial durations, and renewal terms will be disclosed within the App. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and understand that subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the instructions provided within the App or through your device’s subscription management settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in the App are owned by or licensed to us. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
